Hi Team,

My customer has a question regarding LPDDR4.

  1. About DDR0_CAL0 terminal on LPDDR4 interface.
    In Figure3-1 of AM64x/AM243x DDR Board Design and Layout Guidelines (SPRACU5) and SK-AM64 board schematics, 240ohm+/-1% resistor is connected to DDR0_CAL0 pin.
    But there is no mention about DDR0_CAL0 in AM2431 datasheet.
    How exacting is the 240Ω value required?

    We want to use 220ohm+22ohm registors(E6 series) instead of 240ohm(E24 series).
