UNIFLASH: Offline workstation installation

Hello Team,

My customer wanted to install the uniflash in an offline workstation. They downloaded the install file directly to the flash drive and tried to run off the flash drive on the offline PC and got the following error:

They also tried to copy the install file to the hard drive of the offline PC and run from there but received the same error message.

Hello Renan,

Looks like whatever security software running on the workstation blocked the install process. Can you have the customer try temporarily disabling any antivirus or other related security software to see if that helps?

Hello Ki,

My customer cannot disable the security on the laptop in question. They did try to load it on a different laptop with no security and it still didn’t complete although it was a different problem.

Is Uniflash supported on Win7? Both laptops are Win7.

Yes it still is, though it is being deprecated in support.
