Hi,
I am looking for a low power MCU that has USB C integrated. I would like to access to a flash memory through the USB C with the MCU, is there anything like this?
Big thanks! :)

Hi Jose,
We do not offer MCU's that are integrated with USB-C. We do have a wide range of products that support many use cases without USB-C, so if you are able to operate without USB-C I encourage you to explore our device line to see if one may be a fit for you.
for a chip, then I m going to design the board. Also, do you have any suggestions about what flash memory use? Like NAND flash or emmc memory, if I just need 4gb and its gonna save raw data? Big thanks!
If you are looking at a simple processing application but are hoping to save 4 GB of data, what you may want to do is utilize an MSP430 device alongside an external memory unit. If your application involves heavier processing, or if you are looking for on board memory of that size, I'd suggest you look into our Sitara device line for processors with more power and more memory.
