Does TMS570LS 20216 support partitioning my internal and external flash memory regions via the MPU.
I see info about the MPU in the manual, however it does not answer my above question. Referring the manual it seems to me that the MPU is used for protection of DMA transfer for a few peripherals like HET, FlexRay.
I would like to know if I can use the MPU for partitioning my memory regions so that I can protect a pre-defined region of memory being accessed by the CPU. This is required as part of isolation between functionally independent software.
If partition can be done, does the following manual apply.

If not please let me know which manual applies to it.
