I need to program an MSP432 device with Cyclone programmer by P&E . Unfortunately i have only the .txt file generated in the past . Cyclone does not accept this TI custom format. How can i convert it to a standard .hex ?

I'm not aware of any official TI solution to do this. A quick search found http://srecord.sourceforge.net/ which may get you want you want.

As far as I understand, the linker produces a .out (binary) file, then the ARM Hex Utility runs as a post build step to convert this to something else. The TI text format is a common option, but it looks like the tool can support many common formats - Motorola S records, Intel Hex, etc.
Just select the required format in project properties - CCS Build - Arm Hex Utility - Output format options.

I've found a tool able to convert (see my post) ! Unfortunately i've not the source code but only the executable so the only way is to look for a converter.
