Nothing. It seems that nobody had my problem. Strange. And more strange is the format of the file generated only by TI. Why don't you use standard format like any other uP (hex , S19 , bin) ?? 

As far as I understand, the linker produces a .out (binary) file, then the ARM Hex Utility runs as a post build step to convert this to something else. The TI text format is a common option, but it looks like the tool can support many common formats - Motorola S records, Intel Hex, etc.
Just select the required format in project properties - CCS Build - Arm Hex Utility - Output format options.

I've found a tool able to convert (see my post)  ! Unfortunately i've not the source code but only the executable so the only way is to look for a converter.
