O/P Voltage-0.9V

O/P Current-500mA

I/P Voltage range-1V-5V

Other Features-High efficiency, low noise

Hey Chethana,

I see our new TPS7A14 https://www.ti.com/product/TPS7A14 as the best option here. It is 1A output current, with very low noise, and Vdo of 70mV if Vin-Vout>100mV.

Some other options are:

TPS7A11 -lower IQ, TLV755P -more package options, LP5912 -has Power Good.
