We are trying to implement PTP client for TMS570LC4357 HDK Board.
Could you please give us example source code?
We cannot find sufficient tutorial in Texas SDK&Documentations

We use DP83640 phy.

Does Texas Instruments have PTP Example for this?

We don't use linux.

Our board is baremetal which is Hercules Development Board (TMS570LC4357) ?

The EMAC on TMS570 doesn't support IEEE 1588. The Ethernet PHY DP83640 on TMS570 HDK supports IEEE1588 PTP.
