When I called the diagnosis library for Flash address ECC diagnosis, the ECC diagnosis of address occasionally failed. The address captured by the register was different from the actual address of the manufacturing fault. The value of the SR1[2] register of ESM was 0, and the channel 7 of Group3 was not set to 1. The BIT8 of the FEDACSTATUS register in Flash is not set to bit 1. What could possibly cause this phenomenon?

Because this problem is occasional, whether it has something to do with our application, I think it may have nothing to do with it, I hope to give some ideas and suggestions, thank you.
