My customer found the case that the generated files of sysconfig were not linked as below.

Could you please let me know how they can link these generated files?

what they want is the generated files were linked as below.

Hi Sung-IL

Can you once ask the customer to make a "Rebuild Project". This cleans the "Debug" folder and generates the syscfg files under the "Generated Source/Syscfg" where you should see the linked files.
