AM2732: MCAL support and Ethernet feature check

AM2732 supports MCAL/AUTOSAR, we have MCAL packages available from TI which can be requested on NDA basis from our marketing team.

Regarding PPS, yes AM273x HW does support PPS output.

Below are input pins which will trigger HW push event. This is typically triggered by GPS PPS on the board at 1 Hz resolution

* MSS_CPTS0_HW1TSPUSH

* MSS_CPTS0_HW2TSPUSH

Below are output pins that can be driven by CPTS module (inside CPSW) at configured frequency. These are synchronized to global network timebase if PTP protocol is executed on AM273xx

MSS_CPTS0_TS_COMP

* MSS_CPTS0_TS_SYNC

* MSS_CPTS0_TS_GENF
