TMS570LS1114: TMS570LS1114 Can't Connect to microcontroller using debugger

I have an issue trying to connect my TMS570LS1114 using a JLink debugger, If I try to connect my Microcontroller to the debugger, the following issues takes place:

and when I try to disconnect the microcontroller the following issue will take place:

CortexR4: Error: Stat [ JLINKARM_IsHalted() call ] failed!
CortexR4: Unable to determine target status after 20 attempts
CortexR4: GEL Output: Memory Map Setup for Flash @ Address 0x0

Thanks a lot for your concern. I already solved the issue. It was because of a faulty SW that used to communicate with an external Chip and this chip keep resetting my microcontroller, so by disconnecting this chip the issue was solved and the debugger connected to the Microcontroller and I erased this faulty SW
