Also, I believe this is related? But the download link does not work. I am looking for the source code that is loaded on the XDS110 that is on the MSP432 (XDS110) that supports the CC1352 launchpad.

Using the https://web.archive.org/ the download link used to point to simplelink_openocd_1_1.tar.gz, which is still available to download on the TI website.
The current simplelink-openocd 1_1_0 page on the TI website now says:
OpenOCD for SimpleLink Connected MCUs is now available by getting the latest source code from openocd.org:
I.e. looks like OpenOCD for SimpleLink should have been merged into the OpenOCD trunk.
The XDS110 software that runs on the XDS110 is not open source. What that note is referring to is the hardware design for the XDS110. There are a number of public designs for XDS110s. The design files for our LaunchPads include an XDS110 implementation. As noted by Chester there is some source available for the XDS110 via OpenOCD.
