  LVCMOS is correct. 

  Although not mentioned in the datasheet for the differential voltage level, you can find the Ethernet physical layer described in Wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet_over_twisted_pair#:~:text=A%2010BASE%2DT%20transmitter%20sends,V%2C%20or%20%E2%88%921%20V.

"A 10BASE-T transmitter sends two differential voltages, +2.5 V or −2.5 V. A 100BASE-TX transmitter sends three differential voltages, +1 V, 0 V, or −1 V."
