Hi Aniket,

You can find it in the controlSUITE.

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\ILPFC_v1.3\~HWDevPkg

Or you can also check the TIDM-1022 page. The h/w is very similar other than the extra Vds sensing circuit.
