Is it custom board or TI board?

Did you program this board ever before? or is it the first time you are trying to program it?

Hi,

So the issue is only for this particular board only right?

Can you check the power supplies

CORE_VCC, IO_VCC and VCCP

IO_VCC and VCCP should be 3.3v and CORE_VCC should be 1.2v.

I saw same issue in past thread, there the issue is due to connecting Vccp to 1.2V.
