Please refer below application note

*TMS570LC4357 and RM57L843 On-Chip Temperature Sensor Measurements (ti.com)

The calculation will be done using calibration data stored in OTP region.
thermistor_calibration() and thermistor_read() function definitions contains calculation procedure.
