TMS570LS3137: FEE - Does the Sync Write and Sync Read APIs block the Interrupts ?

Hi, 

We are using both TI_Fee_WriteSync() and TI_Fee_ReadSync() APIs in our project. 
Does these two APIs block the Interrupts while getting executed ?
