Hello Madhurya, 

To my knowledge, we do not support debug servers for USB debuggers. The AM2x devices support On-Chip debug functionality through JTAG. On Sitara MCU EVM's, there is an on-board XDS110 Debugger that bridges JTAG from the MCU to USB for a host PC connection where Code Composer Studio can be used for debug.

There is the TMDSEMU560V2STM-UE XDS560v2 System Trace USB & Ethernet Debug Probe which allows an Ethernet or USB connection to the PC. In the Devices Supported:

Sitara (OMAPL13x, AM335x, AM43xx, AM57xx, AM65xx, AMIC1xx, AM64xx, AM24xx)

Note: The product page still shows a picture of the Spectrum Digital TMDSEMU560V2STM-UE. As Spectrum Digital went out of business, I think might have been replaced with the Blackhawk XDS560v2 STM Emulator (TMDSEMU560v2STM-UE)
