There seem to be a discrepancy between DS and TRM:
TRM in 7.4.2.3.4 states:
-ADC input sampling has a scaling of 32/18 providing a full scale range of 3.2 V with 1.8V reference
DS in 7.7.2 states :
Input Conversion Range (Vin+,Vin-) Must be < VDDA33 0 33/18 × VREFFHI
