This question is answered several times. A virgin device shipped to the customer is not programmed with anything. The chip is fully erased.

I think you are trying to build your custom board based on AWR1843BOOST. I will suggest in the future you create a new thread with the part number specified as AWR1843. The expert there will be able to answer your question better. Your question is routed to TM4C129 support team and we can only answer questions related to TM4C129. Since TM4C129 can be used in any general applications, we don't have specific knowledge about AWR1843 on how TM4C129 is actually used in it.
