I have read section 3.
Judging from Table-1, there are difference pin map.

Probably, any type header can connect with TM4C129x but we must follow table2.

And Figure 5 to 8 is explained to how to connect TM4C129x.

Is it OK.

In the end, If we use other than CTI-20, we must use adapt board included in XDS110 Debbuger .

By the way, I think '3P3' means '3.3 V of voltage'.
Is it OK?

Yes, it means 3.3V.
