Hi, I have a question about 4D imaging radar chipset.

MCU is AM2732-Q1 for signal processing of dual-cascade RF radar chip.

is there available MCU for quad-cascade RF radar chip ?

If not, is there a MCU plan for 4D imaging radar ?

    Hi Seunghoon - can you share some additional details on your requirements/performance you are trying to achieve?  are you thinking of edge or central processing?

    Radar using two AWR2243P RF chips can have up to 48 channels for MIMO.

    This feature can have about 2deg azimuth resolution.

    I want design 4D imaging radar (4D means range, velocity, azimuth, elevation).

    For 4D imaging radar, Four RF chips with 192(12x16) channels and suitable MCU is needed.

    - AM2732-Q1 : 2x 4-lane MIPI D-PHY CSI 2.0 Data

    - MCU for 4D imaing radar :4x CSI is needed.

    For example, NXP launched MCU (S32R45) for 4D imaging radar in 1Q 2022.
