The TMS570LS20216-ZWT BGA337 devices are in the process of being qualified for production release. The current estimate is no later than August of this year.

TMP or TMX samples (pre-production qualified) of the BGA devices are available now. The 144 QFP version, PGE package designator, are qualified now.

Note that the part# is abbreviated to P5LS20216ASZWTQQ1.

Also, a correction to the previous post. The qualification will be completed on the ZWT (337BGA) devices in October this year.
