TMDSEMU200-U: Product is not working..all details shared with tech team

Hello Team,

I need urgent support now, whole last week has gone. We have tried everything which suggested by tech team but problem was not resolved yet. we now need replacement of this product.

Good day, thank you for you response.

Does both of the device have the same firmware? 

Regarding the  replacement, you will need a direct approval from our TMDSEMU200-U expert team in E2E forum for this to proceed. However as of the moment our E2E team is not available until Oct2.

The process of replacement is that once our E2E team approved your request, you will provide the E2E link to mouser and the replacement will proceed.

    Good Morning!

    I have explained everything which the Texas team asked me, there is complete history you can refer that, but this is really frustrating experience with Texas, you have to understand value of time and importance of urgency. Texas tech also suspect hardware issue of the products. 

    I am again explaining you case, if it does not work further, you are requested to approve for products replacement urgently. 

    -We bought 2 nos. of XDS200 debug probe from Mouser, out of two, one is working, but another one is not working

    -While connecting the XDS200 debug probe with the target "Microcontroller" device is pop-up with error, so we unable to flash the program

    -Device error pop-up message (error 1015@0x0)

    -Solution suggested by Texas tech team to change cable, that also attempted but error problem was not resolved

    -Tech team also suspecting hardware issue of board

    -Using CCS for DSP320F2812PGFQ

    -MCU Part code TMS320F2812PGFQ

    So, finally Gus

    I request you to conclude the issue and help us for immediate replacement of the product based on your approval 

  • I appreciate the Customer Support Team's help here. I was not in the loop on those previous conversations. My only goal was to see if I could provide further assistance and perhaps resolve the problem without going through the return path which could take longer. However, if you would like to return the debug probe, you are welcome do so. The return is approved. You can reference this message.
