I'm using the TMS570LS3137 for a safety related project, and it is important to have all errors specified as well as possible. The datasheet shows the error for offset, gain, INL and DNL, but I suppose that the Total unadjusted error does not include calibration. Section 19.8 of SPNU499C explains the calibration process, which seems to be able to correct well for the mentioned resistor mismatch, but has no number on the error after the calibration. I also could not find any document mentioning temperature drift or other performance aspects sources of error that may influence acquisition error.
Is there any document I'm missing about the performance of this ADC and its calibration? Or at least a value I can use as a maximum error after calibration?
