TMS570LC4357: Creating PWM with interrupt

I followed the directions from these sources to create a 20% duty cycle high PWM with 5 msec period, with interrupt to the CPU, but don't see pwmNotification() being invoked (either in HL_sys_main.c or HL_notification.c).  I'm using HET2 PWM 0 (pin 8).
