TMS570LC4357: Creating PWM with interrupt

I followed the directions from these sources to create a 20% duty cycle high PWM with 5 msec period, with interrupt to the CPU, but don't see pwmNotification() being invoked (either in HL_sys_main.c or HL_notification.c). I'm using HET2 PWM 0 (pin 8).

For some odd reason, I didn't set "Pwm Interrupts" correctly, even though I though I did. Now fixed.

Also, in looking through HL_het.c, I see a pwmStart() function, and looking through the forum, it seems others have used it. Now incorporated.

Still no pwmNotification() happening though.

Noticed hetInit() has code using hetRAM2, so modified arg to pwmStart.

Noticed PINMUX has ball V2 with N2HET2[08], so connected it.

Still no notification.

Added call to pwmEnableNotification(). Still no pwmNotification() called.

In VIM, enabled 63 (HET2 level 0) and 73 (HET2 level 1). Still no pwmNotification() called.

Don't know why HET1 has low+high while HET2 has level0+level1. Just curious.

So, hetRAM2 is defined thus...

include/HL_reg_het.h:184:#define hetRAM2 ((hetRAMBASE_t *)0xFF440000U)

In Halcogen, the MPU addressing shows this is in Region 1. But, all the Sub-Regions are disabled. Is this a problem? Or, are any Types or Permissions bad?

Simple reason. Needed to enable IRq/FIQ. Don't know why sample programs in forum don't do this (and apparently work).
