AM2634-Q1: Design considerations about the power-on sequence

Part Number: AM2634-Q1

Hi experts,

I have a couple of questions from my customer and need BU's confirmation.

They want to know if the design cautions that need be noted for power-on sequence are following:

1). 3.3V power rails' ramp time shall be larger than 0.1 ms. Therefore, a suitable RC circuit shall be placed in 3.3V power supply?

2). The PORz shall be logical AND of PG_1V2 and PG_3V3?

3). The SOP[3:0] pins' voltage shall be stable for over 1.0 ms as shown in Datasheet?

4). The WARMRESET pin's voltage shall be stable for over 2.0 ms as shown in Datasheet?

Are there any other cautions for power-on sequence?

From the EVM schematic, I can see that the 1.2 V power rail is after 3.3 V power rail, is it a necessary?

Regards,

Will
