Each "SIGNAL NAME" of pins J15 and J16 in "Table 6-2. AM243x Package Comparison Table (ALV vs. ALX)" on the data sheet seems to be a typo.
J15: VDDS_MMC0
J16: VSS
These "SIGNAL NAME" are for PG1.0 and the following should be correct for PG2.0.
J15: ADC0_REFP
J16: ADC0_REFN
