TM4C1290NCPDT: Tips or tools to realign pins

I checked all those links most seem not for TQFP package and rudimentary at best.

Perhaps a better solution: 3D print a negative tool of TQFP package layout add a center hole and one on each corner to aid in later removal. Design the 3D negative so the top of the IC sets the height of the imprinted pin slots with some extra side to side tolerance added and foot depth shown in the datasheet. Simply move the TQFP into the indented square plastic outline and gently align the bent pins using a grounded razor knife or strong grounded needle (under 5x-10x magnification) toward each pin slot.

Do not push any pins completely down until all pins/legs are aligned with an intended slot. Then gently push each bent pin foot into the angled foot groove so solder paste wetting will be most effective when removed. Do not attempt to flatten the angled foot as the heal is lifted for solder paste wetting though 3D negative should keep that consistent.

Besides reforming many TQFP legs with be more fun doing it with the 3D printed tool you created in CAD.
