AM2634: What is the address for the PCLKCR13 register in order to enable the clock for the internal ADC

Sysconfig will auto-generate code for enabling module clocks and setting clock frequencies.

The PCLKCR13 register is a C2000 System Control register. This register doesn't exist on the AM263x. This is a mistake in the TRM which will be corrected in a future TRM release. According to the TRM (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spruj17), Section 7.4.2.3.1 Clock Configuration: The base ADC clock is provided directly by the system clock (SYSCLK).

There is no AM602 device. This is a mistake in the TRM. AM602 should be replaced with AM263. This will be corrected in a future TRM release.
