I am using TM4C129XNCZAD controller. Initially I loaded the program where in it uses internal clock source to lock the PLL. then it was working as expected.
Then i accidently programmed a different program where in it uses external clock source(connected at OSC0 and OSC1) pins. but in my board no crystal was mounted but osc0 and osc1 pins are grounded through 12PF capacitors. From then my board stopped working. I am unable to connect to JTAG from then onwards. i am getting error-1170 unable to access DAP
