Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The HALCOGEN software generates a PWM wave with a PWM period of 6250 ns, which is 160 KHz.

However, the output PWM frequency measured with an oscilloscope is approximately 10k Hz. That is, the actual frequency is 1/16th of the set frequency, and the oscilloscope is normal.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    Hi Cherry,

    I tried to generate customer mentioned frequency with the customer mentioned configurations and i didn't face the customer mentioned issue.

    I did this testing on my TMS570LC4357 Launchpad as i don't have TMS570LS1224.

    I am sharing my code to you, please pass it to the customer and told him to take it as reference and do necessary modifications on his side and test it again.

    If customer still face the issue, told him to share his code or else told him to do all his modifications on our code.
