UNIFLASH: Error connecting to the target: (Error -183 @ 0x0)

I used XDS200 DEBUG PROBE for flash CC1310F128 TI IC. This goes one year good. Since some days I can't flash any more.  I got message :

Error connecting to the target: (Error -183 @ 0x0) The controller has detected a cable break far-from itself. The user must connect the cable/pod to the target. (Emulation package 9.9.0.00040).

I changed USB Cable - same Error. I changed XDS200 DEBUG PROBE - same Error. I changed CC1310F128 Board - same Error. I installed Uniflash on another LapTop - same Error.
LapTop run under Windows 10. UniFlash Version Version: 8.1.0.4125
What can be done to bring UniFlash working?
