LP-MSPM0L1306: storing data into internal flash memory

I don't have a LP-MSPM0L1306 to test it, but for other Cortex-M devices in 7.5.5. Configuring Flash Settings of the CCS user guide there is a "Necessary Pages Only" erase option. Where using "Necessary Pages Only" tells CCS to only erase the flash segments needed for the program/flash code, to avoid any user configuration sections from being erased when downloading a program.

With a project for a MSPM0L1306, do the Debug Properties in CCS give you the option to select a "Necessary Pages Only" erase option?

Yeah i am using that to understand the behavior but as i mentioned it not emulating exact EEPROM behavior

I want to store config data into internal flash memory, I was able to create a section and able write and read data, but when load program/flash code (.out file) into it the whole flash memory is getting erased

i want to protect the user defined section from getting erased
