Is there any possibility to wake-up MCU through analog signal? I mean if the level of Analog pin passes a threshold the MCU would wakeup

    Hello Saman,

    Thank you for your patience while OOO. Unfortunately, AM263x does not support a sleep/off power mode where a true "wake-up" function would be used. However, it is possible to disable/gate most of the SoC components (creating an artificial "sleep/off" mode), leave the R5F core(s) in Wait-for-Interrupt (WFI) mode, and configure the (still enabled) ADC/CMPSS peripheral interrupts to "wake" the R5F core(s) and spur additional action.
