TMS570LS3137-EP: Error accessing the device register during flashing

Part Number: TMS570LS3137-EP

I am getting the below error while trying to flash the board:

After doing a Power-on-Reset I'm able to flash it, but withing 30 mins or so I again get the above error while flashing. Is it an indication of the health status of the microcontroller?

Hi Rishi,

Are you using TI HDK or your own board? If you use TI HDK, please check LED D12 to see if it is ON after USB cable is plugged into HDK miniUSB port and after the message pops up. D12 is next to U27 (FTDI chip).

Hi QJ,

I'm using the HDK. Yes, the LED D12 is on after the USB Cable is plugged into the miniUSB Port. The JTAG Scan Test is also succeeding.

After the JTAG is connect, are you able to erase all the flash sectors?

When you load program, is the "Auto ECC Generation" enabled?

If you uncheck "Verify", will you get the same JTAG issue?
