Does anyone know the correct P/N for part marking "SC4C1294NCPDTI2"?

Hey there,

I found an strange TI part with marking "SC4C129" on first line and second with "4NCPDTI2" for my factory excess, the logo and marking printed way is certain TI's.

But I cannot find any information on this material, is there anyone can help figure out what is it correct P/N or it maybe an customized item?

Date code figure from printing is quite old as 2014+. Attached marking picture.

Thank you.

    This is a custom part number. Can you tell when were these materials purchased?

  • Hi Charles,

    Cannot trace such details, I found it in factory excess with only tray package, No orginal label or package things, boc we're trying to sell these old excess and collating details.

    So what is the correct part number for this item?

    Thank you.

  • Hello Ling,

    As Charles stated, those are custom, non-catalog parts. TI will not share any details regarding them.

    Best Regards,

    Ralph Jacobi

    The official answer is that no information is available about these custom parts. However, some information about the parts is already published in that TivaWare has some files for sc4c parts:

    $ find ~/ti/TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295/ -name 'sc4c*'
    /home/mr_halfword/ti/TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295/inc/sc4cc231e6pm.h

    It looks like sc4c parts have some custom peripherals which are are not available in the TM4C parts, but the only information in the TivaWare files is the names of the custom peripherals and their base addresses. I.e. no details of the actual custom peripheral functions and pin-out.
