MSP432E401Y: CPU usage is showing 100 percentage

Hi all ,

I am using MSP432E401Y microcontroller in our board , when we run the code on Debug mode in CCS , in ROV graph it is showing CPU USAGE is 100 percentage . Please can I know why it is 100%.
