TMS570LS3137: CAN communication: signal issues

Part Number: TMS570LS3137

Hello,

I have a problen trying to communicate a custom board that I had designed with another system. However the CAN signals have not good quality: asymmetry between CANH and CANL and wrong voltage levels. I attach some captures about it.

Figure 1: Schematic of the CAN circuit (the chosen IC is not SN65HVD233MDREP. I had to replace it by XR31233 because it was out of stock).

Figure 2: Measurements with the bus floating (termination of 120 Ohms).

Figure 3: Amplitude of the signals reduced because of I connected both transceivers outputs between them (termination of 60 ohms).

Reflected signals could be a possible reason of this behaviour?

Traces width and gap between them are really relevant variables if the data rate has 1Mbps?

Thank you and regards,

Leandro
