Hi Everyone,
Here I am looking for simple one second delay function and strtoimax for TI RTOS project , where i am using GNU 4.9.3 compiler , as it wont support __delay_cycles and strtoimax functions.
please suggest me if there are any links and tutorials on this.

I'm not familiar with GNU compiler. But did you include the header file for #include <inttypes.h>? I think this is a library function that is part of C99. You might need to also compile in C99 mode.
If GNU does not support these functions then I will suggest you use the standard C library function such as atoi() that converts a string to integer. For delay, you can actually use TivaWare library API SysCtlDelay().
