For P/N RM46L852CPGET, my customer's Quality department noticed 4 different trace codes top marking for a single packaging label lot and date codes (as shown below, they are in the same tray). The only document we were able to find on TI.com was the Silicon Errata data for this part. Although it does provide how the device marking should be, it doesn’t provide the third line (##x-#######) explanation of what those digits are. Could you please provide the interpretation document or confirmation that it is normal for the third line to be different even though the parts are from the same date and lot codes package.
