Hi,
I am trying to allocate ADC pins to TMS320F28377DPTPEP in SYSCONFIG tool.
Below is the snap. I am able to find the analog section in the left column.
The version I am using is shown below.
Please help me to allocate the Analog ADC pins.
My intension is to check the PinMux capabilities of a device. I am only configuring the bare-metal PinMux capabilities of a F2837xD device (Part- F2837xD_176PTP).
Hello Ritu,
It appears you've opened up a bare-bones software package for SysConfig; what software package are you using? When you start up the SysConfig tool there should be an option to select this.
Best regards,
Omer Amir
The tool states that a software product selection is not required if you are only configuring the bare-metal PinMux capabilities of a device. Below snap shows initial settings.
Even if I select C2000 SysConfig (4.02.00.00) as software product. There is no option for ADC available. See below snaps.
Hi Ritu,
Thanks for your question. There is currently no ANALOG pinmux for F2837x device. The device does not have analog pinmux capabilities.

Vince
Hi Vince,
Ok, I got your point.
I am trying to create a pin mapping Excel sheet. Is there any way I can assign analog pin names in the tool?
This can help me with the number of used/spare IOs.
Thanks,
Ritu
Hi Ritu,
Unfortunately there is no in-built way to do this. The best way would be to externally track it in an Excel sheet like you mentioned, including all the other pins as well. You can get the other pins from the "pinmux.csv" file that is generated in Sysconfig.

Vince
