Scripting Console scripts are mostly DSS scripts. DSS scripts can certainly be run from the command line.

Note that Scripting Console scripts may have some additional commands that are specific to the Scripting Console. You would need to remove those calls.

Note that there is also a DSS based utility called loadti that is essentially a command-line loader. It simply starts a debug session, connects to the target and loads the program.

loadti is useful if all you need is to load an executable using the CCS program loader. If the process to flash an imge on your target is more involved, then you will need to use a custom DSS script.

There are no concrete plans as of yet to have UniFlash support AM243x.

I believe the Sitara team have an alternate tool they developed. It is unrelated to CCS/UniFlash and I don't know much details one it. I suggest starting a new thread requesting more information.
