Hi,
I have looked for documentation about the Memory Protection Unit (MPU) of the AM2634. There is a chapter on that feature in the TRM (spruj17c) and there is the SysConfig tool to configure it that gives some hints but these sources are a bit too light for some advanced parametrization.
Some examples of things I couldn't find in the documentation:
- shall each R5F core configure the MPU for itself or whether it is centralized?
- what is the difference between a "non cached" region or a "cached+share" region?
- if it is possible, how can I set the MPU for non-R5F bus initiators?
- What is the Type Extension TEX in SysConfig?
- ...
Is there any available documentation on these kind of topics?
