TM4C129ENCZAD: About the TDO pin

In the following materials, the TDO pin is pulled to GND through a 10 kΩ resistor, but the EK-TM4C129EXL does not pull the TDO pin to GND.

which one is correct?

Hello Kanematu-san,

The documentation shows the correct recommendations but it isn't a hard requirement.

Are pull-down resistors necessary after all?

They are not necessary but we recommend them for robustness.
