TM4C1294NCPDT: Eclipse post install issue

Hi

I have new laptop (Window 11,. with STM-IDE/Cube install no issue) and installed CCS12.2 to continue work, however after update I get various error as attached log.

I also having difficulties installing the DevStyle dark theme as shown below. It has been this kind of issue since 2017......

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

    Did you start getting the error right after you tried launching CCS for the first time after installation? 

    Please provide the full log in<WORKSPACE FOLDER>/.metadata/.log

    There seems to be several missing dependencies in CCS that is causing the incompatibility. Have you tried the CCS Dark Theme and not found it satisfactory?
