Hi, I am working on TM4C129EKCPDT and TI-RTOS.

1.How to UNIT- test TI-RTOS firmware?

2.What are the major tests, we should do for TI-RTOS firmware perfect or minimize the run time error?

    Hi Sumit,

      Your question seems open-ended. I'm not really clear with your question. What is the TI-RTOS firmware you are referring to? Is it the application firmware you develop or you are talking about the TI-RTOS itself. Obviously you will need to come up with a test plan for testing your own developed firmware. For TI-RTOS itself, I'm not sure what/why you want to regress it. If you are looking for some benchmark, there is an example for it. Please see below and you can find it in CCS Resource Explorer.
