Windows Debugger Interface for OMAP-L138

Hi,

Apologies if I'm on the wrong forum...

I'm trying to track down information on how to set up the Windows Debugger mentioned in this datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/omap-l138.pdf?ts=1675334310513&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FOMAP-L138

The line in question from the datasheet states: "The device has a complete set of development tools for the ARM9 and DSP. These tools include C compilers, a DSP assembly optimizer to simplify programming and scheduling, and a Windows® debugger interface for visibility into source code execution."

I haven't been able to track down the instructions on how to do this, but I think the dead link corresponding with the 5th footnote (on the last page) of this document will be what I'm looking for: https://beckassets.blob.core.windows.net/product/readingsample/9036278/9780470936863_excerpt_001.pdf

Thanks for anything!
