In one of our product we were using the part LM3S9D96-IBZ80-A2 which is obsolete. 

Now we are looking for a replacement which is equivalent to LM3S9D96 and reduces the firmware porting effort. 

Some of the important features we looking for new device are:

USB - Highspeed (480Mbps)

SPI, I2C

Flash- above 512Kb
