Hello, I am interested in TIDM-TM4C129XS2E as a Serial-to-Ethernet Converter reference design. I tried downloading the Schematic — TIDM-TM4C129XS2E file provided on the site and I only see 1 page of schematic. Is this the complete reference design schematic? I would expect more interfaces. Any help is appreciated.

Yes that's the only schematic provided because it's for the daughter card that attaches to the EK-TM4C1294XL LaunchPad. You can find the full schematic for the LaunchPad in it's User Guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spmu365
